About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Art Director / Senior Designer for a long-term, high-impact project at the intersection of entertainment, fashion, and cultural IP, contributing to the creation of creative assets that guarantee branded visual evolution.

Our focus is on building bridges between worlds; fashion crossovers, cultural storytelling, and elevated creative direction.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and curating visuals that feel competitively authentic, emotionally charged, and deeply in tune with contemporary culture.

About the running tasks on your plate:

• Collection concepting and design outline creation.
• Development of high-fidelity design mock-ups (apparel, accessories, products).
• Prepare art direction and visual storytelling decks, helping to sell in our high-level creative concepts.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to shape and review seasonal material.
• Ensure every single creative asset is coherent with the elevated aesthetic we are building.

Who we’re looking for:

• You have 5+ years of solid experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative studio, agency, or brand (a background in fashion, luxury, music, or entertainment is a major plus).
• Your portfolio is strong. It needs to show great ideas, but also flawless execution (we care about typography, layout, and the quality of your mock-ups).
• You are culturally fluent. You instinctively get pop culture, animation, and what makes fandoms tick. 
• You understand the crucial difference between “commercial needs” and “wildcard ideas” and you know how to bridge the gap between.
• You are a strategic thinker. You can articulate why a creative choice works for the brand’s goals.
• You’re an expert in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & AI applications.
• You have an innate interest in trend research and upkeep, fashion ecosystems, youth culture, and know how to apply those insights.

The Details

• Contract: This is a freelance engagement, not an employment contract.
• Commitment: The expected availability is 25 hours per week.
• Language: Professional fluency in both English and Italian is essential. You’ll be communicating daily with global partners and our local team.
• Client-facing role: You will be responsible for presenting creative work and decks directly to the client’s internal team (i.e., BRVTO-to-Client presentations). High-level, external-facing presentations, such as those to the client’s new partners or licensees, will be managed by the BRVTO founders.
• Location: Our studio is based in Treviso, Italy. While this role may involve some work-related travel, we have a strong preference for collaborating with local talent. We value the in-person energy of our studio and are looking for someone who wants to be part of our daily creative environment.
